  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS/tech
  • Track record hiring GTM functions (Sales, Operations, Enablement)
  • Hands-on experience with competitor mapping and passive outreach
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse
  • Experience using AI tools for sourcing/research
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Experience hiring for technology roles is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle hiring process for GTM roles in North America
  • Support Technology and Engineering hiring when needed
  • Run competitor-focused sourcing campaigns
  • Build talent pipelines through market mapping
  • Partner with GTM leadership on hiring strategy
  • Manage and influence senior stakeholders up to C-Suite
  • Maintain data integrity in Greenhouse ATS
  • Identify process improvements and share market intelligence
