Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- At least 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Deep technical understanding of Salesforce metadata-driven architecture.
- Knowledge of deployment pipelines, sandboxes, and packaging.
- Familiarity with Salesforce security models, Apex, and Lightning.
- Understanding of the Salesforce ISV partner ecosystem.
- Track record of shipping products for enterprise/regulated industries.
- Strong perspective on AI/ML in Salesforce development.
- Hands-on experience with PRDs, customer feedback, and wireframes.
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite and engineering audiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across five product lines.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and new category creation.
- Translate Salesforce platform knowledge into paid product capabilities.
- Lead AI-powered DevOps capabilities using Agentforce and autonomous agents.
- Engage directly with Fortune 500 customers to diagnose pain points.
- Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with engineering on sprint planning and release coordination.
- Define and track product KPIs including adoption and competitive win rates.
