Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in SaaS product management.
- Experience in both agile startup environments and established enterprise organizations.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS product management.
- Essential background in the Contact Center industry.
- Direct experience building and shipping AI-driven products.
- Understanding of ML-driven solutions including data collection and model training.
- Strong technical acumen regarding latency, optimization, and accuracy.
- Highly autonomous with a bias for action.
Responsibilities
- Define the product roadmap and strategic direction for AI innovations within the Agent Assist portfolio.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to market launch.
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Product Design on technical and UX tradeoffs.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to gather insights and refine the experience.
- Facilitate beta testing with clients.
- Analyze competitive landscape and market trends.
- Track user adoption and product efficacy using KPIs.
- Make strategic decisions to prioritize resource allocation.
