Requirements
- 10+ years in product management with strong track record in agile environments.
- Experience working on AI products in a production environment.
- Taken AI features from concept through production and owned them post-launch.
- Experience operationalizing agentic systems in production and managing multi-agent workflows.
- Experience owning observability and evaluation for AI products in production.
- Builder mindset: ability to prototype, experiment, and ship working demos.
- Comfortable using modern AI-assisted tooling.
- Proven ability to write clear user stories and manage complex backlogs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficient with Aha and Jira or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Work hands-on with engineering to write user stories, manage the backlog, drive sprint execution, and remove blockers.
- Own and prioritize the roadmap for Cority’s AI platform in partnership with engineering and stakeholders.
- Build quick prototypes and run A/B tests to validate ideas before they enter the roadmap.
- Be the connective tissue between engineering, product teams, and leadership.
- Champion trust, security, and data governance as foundational platform requirements.
- Own the tools and processes that keep the team running, including Aha and Jira.
- Partner with domain PMs to validate platform capabilities through prototypes and experiments.
