Responsibilities
- Deliver new features and improvements across multiple integrated product environments
- Define and groom product specs in close collaboration with engineering and design
- Gather, scope, and validate requirements with stakeholders
- Track bugs and enhancements, prioritize work, and ensure transparency
- Plan customer deployments and communicate updates effectively
- Prepare detailed release notes and manage support SLAs
- Work closely with engineering, design, support, and project managers
- Promote collaboration across teams and disciplines
