Requirements
- BS in business, engineering, computer science or related field + 10 years of experience (or MS+7/PhD+5).
- Demonstrated experience with multiple products.
- Experience with autonomous driving systems, ADAS, and/or robotics technologies.
- Understanding of automotive systems including software, hardware, systems integration, and V&V.
- Understanding of safety standards and regulations (e.g., ISO26262, SOTIF, FuSa, UL4600, AVSC).
- Highly skilled in discipline with ability to conduct complex work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Drive the product vision internally by developing high-quality product definition, scoping, and prioritization.
- Drive the development of product features and functionality by liaising between the engineering team and relevant stakeholders.
- Define clear, testable, and concise high-quality product requirements, success metrics and prioritization.
- Develop and propose process improvement initiatives to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Analyze and understand customer, commercial, and technical constraints and tradeoffs.
- Define, analyze, communicate, and continuously update key product plans and metrics.
- Develop and execute compelling customer demos and customer meeting outcomes.
- Collaborate and research competitor communications to ensure Torc maintains the best products available.
- Help set, track, and achieve goals aligned with company-wide vision.
- Champion customer-focused development across Torc.
