Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Asset Management, Fund Administration, Custodianship, PE, or Asset Servicing.
  • Strong understanding of distinctions between AM, Fund Admin, Custodian, Transfer Agent, and Trust Banks.
  • 2+ years sales experience in financial services.
  • Ability to perform technology platform demos to a high standard.
  • Highly analytical with strong organizational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building new processes.
  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Contacts within asset managers and fund service providers in the USA and Canada preferred.
  • Knowledge of the audit industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of open banking and APIs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth and development of mid-market bank and asset management partnership networks.
  • Manage the partnerships funnel from origination to close.
  • Perform Circit technology platform demos for key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the North American auditor sales team on strategy and prioritization.
  • Develop structured segmentation models based on firm type, footprint, and relevance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate lead processing flows.
  • Act as a feedback loop from partnerships to product and strategy teams.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Coordinate partner onboarding regarding infosec, documentation, and training.
