Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, pre-sales, or sales within the IT industry
- Proven experience in pre-sales, account management, or customer success roles
- Experience in the automotive industry is highly advantageous
- Previous exposure to large industrial conglomerates is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of EU legislation and best practices related to Data and AI Security
- Good project management experience with the ability to use relevant tools and methodologies
- Demonstrated experience working in cross-cultural, international environments
- Strong ability to build and sustain long-term business relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A valid driver's licence is required
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Identify and develop new customers while expanding business with existing accounts
- Follow up on customer leads and act as the main point of contact for designated accounts
- Increase sales revenue and profitability; meet or exceed sales targets and budgets
- Meet clients, prospects, partners, and affiliates both on-site and remotely
- Understand client requirements and develop tailor-made, replicable, and scalable proposals
- Lead customer-related activities and oversee account performance end-to-end
- Support the AM/Pre-Sales team in business expansion and coach junior team members
- Proactively suggest new projects and explore opportunities in new markets
