Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR, People Operations, or related role.
  • Solid understanding of HR fundamentals: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, discipline, and offboarding.
  • Experience managing employee records and maintaining compliance documentation.
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor law and HR compliance standards.
  • Experience handling disciplinary processes (NTE drafting, hearings, case documentation).
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar).
  • Experience with ATS or CRM tools (HubSpot experience a strong plus).
  • Comfortable working with productivity tracking tools (Hubstaff or equivalent).
  • Ability to build and maintain trackers, logs, and databases with accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication.
  • Experience designing or facilitating employee training programs or orientations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR operations and day-to-day execution of people processes.
  • Design and deliver training programs and orientations for Virtual Assistants.
  • Centralize HR functions including timesheet auditing and compliance tracking.
  • Handle disciplinary processes including NTE drafting, hearings, and case documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and compliance documentation.
  • Create and maintain training materials such as slide decks, guides, and SOPs.
  • Facilitate group orientations and one-on-one coaching.
  • Track training completion and generate compliance reports.
