Requirements
- 3-5+ years in top-tier consulting with healthcare/life sciences market access exposure.
- Experience in market access, pricing, or reimbursement strategy within pharma or biotech.
- Direct exposure to payer strategy, reimbursement, pricing, or buy-and-bill economics.
- Strong quantitative modeling skills (pricing, GTN, provider economics, scenario modeling).
- Experience building structured executive-ready materials.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with clear timelines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex access dynamics into clear narratives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine payer access strategy and financial modeling.
- Shape provider strategy, including segmentation and economic modeling.
- Lead pricing and access analytics to support strategic decisions.
- Advance business development initiatives and partnership opportunities.
- Drive structured cross-functional execution and project management.
- Prepare executive-ready materials for leadership and partners.
- Translate ambiguous strategic questions into structured analyses.
