Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting initiatives to generate qualified meetings and pipeline.
- Conduct high-level discovery conversations to qualify opportunities and create Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs).
- Meet or exceed SAO targets.
- Research and prioritize target accounts using business and industry knowledge.
- Execute multi-touch outreach cadences (call, email, social) using Outreach.io.
- Report and track activities in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build campaigns and attend regional marketing events.
- Document and improve BDR processes and mentor new hires.
