Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting initiatives to generate qualified meetings and pipeline.
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations to qualify opportunities and create Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs).
  • Meet or exceed SAO targets.
  • Research and prioritize target accounts using business and industry knowledge.
  • Execute multi-touch outreach cadences (call, email, social) using Outreach.io.
  • Report and track activities in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build campaigns and attend regional marketing events.
  • Document and improve BDR processes and mentor new hires.
