Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities in environmental services.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers in operations, facilities, sustainability, and procurement roles.
  • Educate prospects on environmental compliance, waste reduction, and sustainability solutions.
  • Book qualified meetings for senior sales executives.
  • Use cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn to build pipeline.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and activity data.
  • Research target industries such as manufacturing, retail, logistics, and corporate enterprises.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, lead conversion, and meetings booked.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategy.
