Requirements
- Proven experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role.
- Strong outbound prospecting experience (cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach).
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills.
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Ability to engage professional stakeholders in mid-to-enterprise organizations.
- Highly organized and target-driven.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities in environmental services.
- Identify and engage decision-makers in operations, facilities, sustainability, and procurement roles.
- Educate prospects on environmental compliance, waste reduction, and sustainability solutions.
- Book qualified meetings for senior sales executives.
- Use cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn to build pipeline.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and activity data.
- Research target industries such as manufacturing, retail, logistics, and corporate enterprises.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, lead conversion, and meetings booked.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategy.
