Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in market research, data analysis, or procurement.
- Experience managing supplier relationships with a focus on packaging.
- Expertise in supply chain optimization and supplier performance management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Understanding of supply chain processes and procurement methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing packaging category reviews and analysis to identify trends and supply chain efficiencies.
- Develop reports and data-driven recommendations to inform strategic sourcing.
- Maintain a database of packaging suppliers and KPIs.
- Lead the identification, onboarding, and offboarding of packaging suppliers.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to drive improvements.
- Manage the procurement and delivery of packaging samples.
- Work with Legal and Quality teams for compliance and certification.
- Secure backup suppliers to ensure diversity and mitigate disruption.
- Support RNI and product development teams with packaging innovation.
- Provide recommendations on packaging material lifecycle management.
