Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Revenue or Sales Operations.
- Proven experience scaling SaaS environments.
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce architecture and its integration with Zendesk, Finance systems, and Outreach.
- Understanding of the distinction between product enablement and sales skill/framework enablement.
- Proven track record of operating in lean environments and performing through instability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and integrate the Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and SDR functions into a single, proactive unit.
- Enforce rigorous data standards within Salesforce to ensure it remains the primary engine for reporting.
- Implement AI tools to introduce automation and improve organizational speed.
- Own the end-to-end analytical process for board decks and executive presentations.
- Identify dispersed knowledge and design solutions to centralize organizational functions.
