Requirements

  • Experience as a Senior Manager, Director, or VP in Revenue Operations.
  • Background in high-growth SaaS startup or scale-up environments.
  • Deep understanding of sales tools like Salesforce, CPQ, Leandata, Outreach, Clari, LeadIQ, Zoominfo, Lusha, and 6Sense.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple complex projects.
  • Proven experience in team management, motivation, and driving high performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder influence and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong technical lens for problem-solving.
  • Experience using and implementing AI tools in daily workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex change management projects.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Own overall technical architecture for Revenue acceleration aligned with GTM strategy.
  • Continuously innovate and improve the use of the RevOps tech stack.
  • Maintain the integrity and ongoing development of the Salesforce CRM and associated tools.
  • Design, document, and implement end-to-end sales processes and policies.
  • Lead knowledge transfer of tools to ensure sales teams maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with IT/data teams to ensure seamless integration, data governance, and security.
  • Manage and mentor a team of process analysts, Salesforce admins, and engineers.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide professional development for the team.
