Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Manager, Director, or VP in Revenue Operations.
- Background in high-growth SaaS startup or scale-up environments.
- Deep understanding of sales tools like Salesforce, CPQ, Leandata, Outreach, Clari, LeadIQ, Zoominfo, Lusha, and 6Sense.
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple complex projects.
- Proven experience in team management, motivation, and driving high performance.
- Excellent stakeholder influence and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a strong technical lens for problem-solving.
- Experience using and implementing AI tools in daily workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex change management projects.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Own overall technical architecture for Revenue acceleration aligned with GTM strategy.
- Continuously innovate and improve the use of the RevOps tech stack.
- Maintain the integrity and ongoing development of the Salesforce CRM and associated tools.
- Design, document, and implement end-to-end sales processes and policies.
- Lead knowledge transfer of tools to ensure sales teams maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with IT/data teams to ensure seamless integration, data governance, and security.
- Manage and mentor a team of process analysts, Salesforce admins, and engineers.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide professional development for the team.
