Requirements
- Experience leading/managing technical teams in RevOps as a Senior Manager, Director, or VP.
- Background in a high-growth SaaS start-up or scale-up environment.
- Strong project management and decision-making skills.
- Experience in managing and motivating teams and fostering collaboration.
- Deep understanding of sales tools: Salesforce, CPQ, Leandata, Outreach, Clari, LeadIQ, Zoominfo, Lusha, and 6Sense.
- Ability to translate business needs into workable requirements.
- Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and influencer skills for stakeholder alignment.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools in day-to-day work.
Responsibilities
- Own overall technical architecture for Revenue acceleration aligned with GTM strategy.
- Continuously innovate tech stack and adopt best-in-class practices.
- Maintain the integrity and ongoing development of Salesforce and associated tools.
- Design and implement end-to-end sales processes, workflows, and automation.
- Define and enforce policies for lead/opportunity management, splits, and account allocation.
- Manage and mentor a team of process analysts and Salesforce administrators.
- Foster a collaborative team culture and promote knowledge sharing.
- Partner with IT and data teams for seamless integration, data governance, and security.
