- Provide day-to-day leadership and direction for an Epic Radiant team.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex Radiant issues.
- Help prioritize and coordinate team workload, projects, enhancements, and ongoing support.
- Partner with clinical, operational, technical, and IT leaders to understand needs and translate them into effective Epic solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts while helping maintain accountability and momentum across the team.
- Support planning, design, build, testing, implementation, optimization, and maintenance activities within Epic Radiant.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers and proactively drive issues toward resolution.
- Help ensure work is delivered with a high level of quality and aligns with organizational standards and priorities.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and provide visibility into progress, priorities, and challenges.
