Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or provider operations
- Deep expertise in Epic Revenue Cycle modules (e.g., Resolute Professional/Hospital Billing, Cadence, Prelude)
- Proven track record of hands-on delivery in client-facing roles
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations and financial performance drivers
- Experience building relationships with client stakeholders and influencing decision-making
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to Epic Revenue Cycle engagements including optimization and implementation support.
- Serve as a hands-on advisor for complex revenue cycle challenges across front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end workflows.
- Deliver actionable insights to improve financial outcomes, operational efficiency, and end-user adoption.
- Ensure successful project execution, scope management, and issue resolution.
- Build trust-based relationships with client leaders and act as a go-to resource for strategy.
- Partner with Customer Success and Account teams to maintain account health.
- Support sales and scoping efforts with subject matter expertise and solution design.
- Contribute to the evolution of offerings by developing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Mentor and support consultants and managers to foster a culture of delivery excellence.
