Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or provider operations
  • Deep expertise in Epic Revenue Cycle modules (e.g., Resolute Professional/Hospital Billing, Cadence, Prelude)
  • Proven track record of hands-on delivery in client-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations and financial performance drivers
  • Experience building relationships with client stakeholders and influencing decision-making
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to Epic Revenue Cycle engagements including optimization and implementation support.
  • Serve as a hands-on advisor for complex revenue cycle challenges across front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end workflows.
  • Deliver actionable insights to improve financial outcomes, operational efficiency, and end-user adoption.
  • Ensure successful project execution, scope management, and issue resolution.
  • Build trust-based relationships with client leaders and act as a go-to resource for strategy.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account teams to maintain account health.
  • Support sales and scoping efforts with subject matter expertise and solution design.
  • Contribute to the evolution of offerings by developing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Mentor and support consultants and managers to foster a culture of delivery excellence.
