Requirements
- Demonstrated experience within the nuclear industry.
- Extensive experience with enterprise-level nuclear programs (engineering, QA, procurement, construction, operations).
- Deep understanding of NQA-1 quality programs.
- Experience with design control and configuration management.
- Familiarity with nuclear regulatory frameworks.
- Experience supporting nuclear licensing or engagement with NRC/DOE.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple technical and operational organizations.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Must meet Export Control requirements under 10 CFR 810.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain an integrated framework across all corporate programs.
- Lead the identification, development, and maturation of corporate programs supporting project execution.
- Identify programmatic gaps and drive resolution with leadership.
- Engage internal and external SMEs to accelerate critical program development.
- Ensure effective functional interfaces across the organization.
- Align project execution with corporate infrastructure requirements.
- Maintain alignment between programs and the company's regulatory strategy.
- Provide senior-level oversight of program interfaces and organizational governance.
- Facilitate cross-program conflict resolution.
- Proactively identify risks where project execution outpaces infrastructure.
