Responsibilities
- Prioritise change and identify control weaknesses using RCSA and MI
- Transition from manual, workaround-heavy processes to automated solutions
- Design and automate controls using ERP platforms like SAP
- Work hands-on with data using SQL or Python
- Partner with Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Engineering on scalable control design
- Support complex change initiatives including EU expansion and multi-entity operations
- Lead and manage strategic Finance projects
- Collaborate with engineers to drive control automation and efficiency
