Responsibilities
- Monitor inbound lead channels and respond to inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate customer meetings.
- Conduct supervised outbound email sales prospecting campaigns.
- Assist in the creation and customization of sales presentations and customer proposals.
- Maintain accurate customer records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Coordinate and prepare RFI/RFP responses.
- Perform desk research to identify potential customers and buying signals.
- Support marketing email campaigns and conference/event logistics.
