Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing
- Proven client-facing and account management experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or YouTube Ads
- Solid understanding of inbound and outbound lead generation
- High technical curiosity with active interest in AI, automation, and marketing technology
- Experience with Apollo, CRMs, email platforms, and GA4
- Prior remote work experience
- Fluency with remote collaboration tools
- Experience working with US or UK-based companies
- Clear communicator
Responsibilities
- Own client relationships, strategy, and ongoing performance discussions
- Translate client goals into scalable paid media and lead generation strategies
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and YouTube Ads
- Oversee inbound and outbound lead generation
- Monitor and optimize performance based on CTR, CPL, lead quality, and funnel metrics
- Collaborate with creative teams on testing and iteration
- Leverage AI tools, automation, and new technologies to improve efficiency
- Track, analyze, and report performance using dashboards and spreadsheets
