Requirements

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM and project management tools for workflow and client management.
- Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring alignment on campaign goals and performance expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns based on client objectives.
- Guide and support internal team members to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of campaign activities.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment while ensuring cost control.
- Address issues and challenges during campaign execution and implement effective solutions to maintain performance continuity.
- Support client retention and satisfaction by building strong, long-term professional relationships.
