Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring alignment on campaign goals and performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns based on client objectives.
  • Guide and support internal team members to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of campaign activities.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment while ensuring cost control.
  • Address issues and challenges during campaign execution and implement effective solutions to maintain performance continuity.
  • Support client retention and satisfaction by building strong, long-term professional relationships.
