  • Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing recruiting metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
  • Collaborative and solutions-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
  • Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing.
  • Craft job descriptions and employer branding content.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews for skills and culture fit.
  • Leverage data and recruiting metrics to report on progress.
  • Collaborate with the People team to enhance candidate experience.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
