- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing recruiting metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Collaborative and solutions-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
- Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing.
- Craft job descriptions and employer branding content.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews for skills and culture fit.
- Leverage data and recruiting metrics to report on progress.
- Collaborate with the People team to enhance candidate experience.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
