Responsibilities
- Contribute to outbound and inbound recruitment strategies in collaboration with management.
- Conduct direct outbound sourcing via channels including LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, and Google X-Ray.
- Perform candidate screening calls to assess role fit.
- Coordinate interview logistics in partnership with Project and Client Managers.
- Advise internal stakeholders on candidate landscape and market trends.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end candidate experience.
