  • Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience with internal ATS platforms.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to outbound and inbound recruitment strategies in collaboration with management.
  • Conduct direct outbound sourcing via channels including LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, and Google X-Ray.
  • Perform candidate screening calls to assess role fit.
  • Coordinate interview logistics in partnership with Project and Client Managers.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on candidate landscape and market trends.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end candidate experience.
