Requirements
- 10+ years of professional recruiting experience, primarily within tech companies and high-growth startups.
- 4+ years directly managing recruiters and/or recruiting teams.
- Proven track record leading full-cycle recruiting for a mix of technical and non-technical roles.
- Experience supporting senior and leadership searches.
- Strong data fluency, including building and interpreting recruiting dashboards.
- Deep experience with structured hiring practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience driving process improvement and change management across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with modern ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Gem, Brighthire, Modernloop).
- A builder’s mindset: comfortable operating in ambiguity and balancing systems thinking with execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the recruiting team, providing clear goals, coaching, feedback, and career development.
- Own recruiting strategy and operating rhythm, aligning hiring plans with headcount forecasts and company priorities.
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers as a trusted advisor on hiring plans, role scoping, and interview design.
- Set and manage recruiting KPIs and SLAs, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Elevate candidate experience and employer brand.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, and business leaders on workforce planning.
- Own executive-level reporting on recruiting performance, risks, and recommendations.
- Champion DEI in hiring to build diverse slates and inclusive interview processes.
- Recruit for executive level searches and other key roles.
