  • Experience in public accounting recruiting.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Relentless intellectual curiosity.
  • Attention to detail and good judgment.
  • Power user of an ATS (Greenhouse is a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with CEOs and HR leaders to understand cultures and write effective job descriptions and scorecards.
  • Own the full candidate experience, delivering a high NPS and red-carpet service.
  • Build a pipeline of diverse, high-quality candidates for Tax, Audit, and accounting roles.
  • Execute outbound outreach methods through email, LinkedIn, and job boards.
  • Evaluate talent via screening interviews.
  • Manage ATS data, run progress reports, and monitor pipeline analytics.
  • Present, negotiate, and execute offer letters.
  • Cultivate relationships with high-performing talent and network with other recruiters.
  • Administer candidate experience surveys.
  • Develop university and institutional partnerships for talent acquisition.
