Draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor agreements, NDAs, SOWs, data processing agreements, and SaaS agreements.
Manage the Contracts Queue and coordinate all aspects of contract management.
Serve as the primary contact between the legal department and internal/external stakeholders for contract-related queries and status updates.
Maintain the contract template library and manage knowledge management functions.
Ensure company-wide compliance with established contract approval policies and procedures.
Liaise with Legal, Compliance, and Sales teams regarding contract requirements.
Execute special projects on an as-needed basis.
