  • Draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor agreements, NDAs, SOWs, data processing agreements, and SaaS agreements.
  • Manage the Contracts Queue and coordinate all aspects of contract management.
  • Serve as the primary contact between the legal department and internal/external stakeholders for contract-related queries and status updates.
  • Maintain the contract template library and manage knowledge management functions.
  • Ensure company-wide compliance with established contract approval policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with Legal, Compliance, and Sales teams regarding contract requirements.
  • Execute special projects on an as-needed basis.
