Requirements
- 10+ years of professional recruiting experience, primarily within tech companies and high-growth startups
- 4+ years directly managing recruiters and/or recruiting teams in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record leading full-cycle recruiting for a mix of technical and non-technical roles
- Experience supporting senior and leadership searches
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing recruiting teams
- Strong data fluency comfortable building and interpreting recruiting dashboards
- Deep experience with structured hiring practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience driving process improvement and change management
- Familiarity with modern ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Gem, Brighthire, Modernloop)
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the recruiting team, providing clear goals, coaching, feedback, and career development
- Own recruiting strategy and operating rhythm across priority roles and business units
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers as a trusted advisor on hiring plans, role scoping, and interview design
- Set and manage recruiting KPIs and SLAs using data to drive continuous improvement
- Elevate candidate experience and employer brand
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, and business leaders on workforce planning and quarterly/annual planning
- Own executive-level reporting and storytelling around recruiting performance
- Champion DEI in hiring, partnering with leaders to build inclusive processes
- Recruit for executive level searches and other key roles as needed
