- Proven leadership in HR strategy, organizational transformation, and workforce planning
- Industry experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or technology
- Background in organizational effectiveness, leadership development, succession planning, and talent management
- Ability to partner with senior executives and influence matrixed organizations
- Experience with change management for global, cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Expertise in using HR data, metrics, and insights
- Excellent communication, consulting, and interpersonal skills
- Technologically adept with interest in HR AI-enabled tools
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Supervisory and team leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy and business partnership activities for large, global corporate functions
- Partner with executives to define and execute people strategies
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, leadership development, and talent management
- Serve as a trusted advisor on HR programs, organizational effectiveness, and change management
- Collaborate with HR centers of expertise to attract, develop, and retain talent
- Use workforce analytics and HR metrics to guide business performance
- Lead large-scale transformation initiatives
- Promote inclusive workplace practices and DEI initiatives
- Partner with compensation and business leaders on workforce benchmarking
- Foster a high-performing culture through leadership development
