- Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and driving organizational change.
- Strong understanding of HR operating models and technologies (HRIS, ATS, AI tools).
- Ability to work hyper-autonomously within a fully remote workforce.
- Proficiency in AI and digital tools, including prompt engineering.
- Ability to use analytics and dashboards for strategic communication.
