  • Strong understanding of HR operating models and technologies (HRIS, ATS, AI tools).
  • Ability to work hyper-autonomously within a fully remote workforce.
  • Proficiency in AI and digital tools, including prompt engineering.
  • Ability to use analytics and dashboards for strategic communication.
