2+ years of people management experience.
Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Experience with integrated GTM tools such as Clari, Gong, or Outreach.
Proven experience identifying and defining high-impact AI use cases for revenue organizations.
Expertise in building business cases and quantifying success metrics.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
Strong ability to lead through influence and build cross-functional alignment.
Proficiency in mapping complex processes and writing user stories.
Strategic mindset with the ability to plan for long-term company growth.

Drive the design of new GTM capabilities and systemic process enhancements.
Serve as the primary GTM stakeholder representative into company-wide system and business process transformations.
Architect the GTM AI roadmap and define requirements for GenAI capabilities.
Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure process design supports data integrity.
Lead the definition of business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
Establish and lead a formal intake and prioritization framework for GTM requests.
Own the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) framework for tool and feature launches.
Manage the prioritization of the GTM tech stack roadmap.
Design and lead Voice of the Field programs to gather feedback from sales and partners.
Lead the launch strategy for new capabilities and manage a team of Business Architects/Analysts.
