Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
- Experience in consulting or professional services environments strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
- Deep expertise in adult learning, instructional design, and learning operations.
- Proven track record managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen and client-centric orientation.
- Experience designing and scaling leadership development and high-potential programs.
- Fluency with AI tools and emerging technologies for learning delivery.
- Proficiency with digital learning tools including LMS, Articulate, and Rise.
- Strong vendor management and change enablement experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise-wide Talent Development strategy aligned to IMPACT 2027 priorities.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team of Talent Development partners.
- Evolve AHEAD's Talent Development ecosystem, including LMS governance and vendor partnerships.
- Harness AI and emerging technologies to streamline operations and modernize learning delivery.
- Establish a consistent approach to program design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Engage senior leaders as a strategic partner to translate priorities into business outcomes.
- Navigate ambiguity and competing priorities with executive presence.
- Intake business requirements and synthesize them into high-quality learning solutions.
- Cultivate high-trust partnerships across leadership and functional teams.
