Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
  • Experience in consulting or professional services environments strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
  • Deep expertise in adult learning, instructional design, and learning operations.
  • Proven track record managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen and client-centric orientation.
  • Experience designing and scaling leadership development and high-potential programs.
  • Fluency with AI tools and emerging technologies for learning delivery.
  • Proficiency with digital learning tools including LMS, Articulate, and Rise.
  • Strong vendor management and change enablement experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the enterprise-wide Talent Development strategy aligned to IMPACT 2027 priorities.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team of Talent Development partners.
  • Evolve AHEAD's Talent Development ecosystem, including LMS governance and vendor partnerships.
  • Harness AI and emerging technologies to streamline operations and modernize learning delivery.
  • Establish a consistent approach to program design, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Engage senior leaders as a strategic partner to translate priorities into business outcomes.
  • Navigate ambiguity and competing priorities with executive presence.
  • Intake business requirements and synthesize them into high-quality learning solutions.
  • Cultivate high-trust partnerships across leadership and functional teams.
