Responsibilities

  • Manage daily support workflows across email and social media
  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, product specs, and technical issues
  • Coordinate with warehouse to manage time-sensitive shipping modifications
  • Handle warranty claims, refunds, replacements, and repair processes
  • Provide administrative assistance to co-founders
  • Execute and help refine standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Support logistical requirements for Kickstarter and product launches
