- Previous customer-facing experience in support, retail, or food service
- Tech literacy with helpdesk, ecommerce, and WMS software
- Ability to work during US business hours
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
Responsibilities
- Manage daily support workflows across email and social media
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, product specs, and technical issues
- Coordinate with warehouse to manage time-sensitive shipping modifications
- Handle warranty claims, refunds, replacements, and repair processes
- Provide administrative assistance to co-founders
- Execute and help refine standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support logistical requirements for Kickstarter and product launches
