  • Experience with cloud infrastructure components.
  • Experience in diverse technical environments.
  • Ability to simplify and convey complex technical concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new techniques and processes.
  • Dedicated home office environment with stable internet.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate availability to IT Support Associates and schedule client work.
  • Take proactive and reactive support tickets to resolution.
  • Act as gatekeeper for client contact verification.
  • Review and action performance metrics on Brightgauge dashboard.
  • Develop deep knowledge of Interlaced systems and client-facing tech.
  • Assist with assigned project tasks under supervision.
  • Complete ongoing training and shadowing.
  • Provide training to IT Support Associates and new hires.
