- Ability to adapt to new techniques and processes.
- Dedicated home office environment with stable internet.
Responsibilities
- Communicate availability to IT Support Associates and schedule client work.
- Take proactive and reactive support tickets to resolution.
- Act as gatekeeper for client contact verification.
- Review and action performance metrics on Brightgauge dashboard.
- Develop deep knowledge of Interlaced systems and client-facing tech.
- Assist with assigned project tasks under supervision.
- Complete ongoing training and shadowing.
- Provide training to IT Support Associates and new hires.
