Requirements

  • 5 years in IT support with 3–5 years at L2/Sysadmin level.
  • Strong troubleshooting and ticket ownership skills.
  • Hands-on macOS administration and end-user support.
  • Strong Google Workspace admin skills.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and incident handling.
  • Familiarity with identity & access management (RBAC, SSO, SAML, SCIM).
  • Experience with documentation and mentoring.
  • Proficiency with AI tools in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Handle L1 escalations: intake, triage, diagnosis, and resolution.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and MDM enrollment.
  • Execute incident response for security alerts like phishing and malware.
  • Automate workflows using scripts, APIs, Zapier, or n8n.
  • Provide L1 mentoring and maintain technical documentation.
  • Administer corporate SaaS stack (e.g., Slack, Notion, 1Password).
  • Maintain SaaS registry and assist with vendor management reporting.
  • Develop playbooks for identity-related incidents.
