Requirements
- 5 years in IT support with 3–5 years at L2/Sysadmin level.
- Strong troubleshooting and ticket ownership skills.
- Hands-on macOS administration and end-user support.
- Strong Google Workspace admin skills.
- Knowledge of security protocols and incident handling.
- Familiarity with identity & access management (RBAC, SSO, SAML, SCIM).
- Experience with documentation and mentoring.
- Proficiency with AI tools in daily workflows.
Responsibilities
- Handle L1 escalations: intake, triage, diagnosis, and resolution.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and MDM enrollment.
- Execute incident response for security alerts like phishing and malware.
- Automate workflows using scripts, APIs, Zapier, or n8n.
- Provide L1 mentoring and maintain technical documentation.
- Administer corporate SaaS stack (e.g., Slack, Notion, 1Password).
- Maintain SaaS registry and assist with vendor management reporting.
- Develop playbooks for identity-related incidents.
