- Exceptionally clear and patient English communication skills.
- Experience in dispatching or routing field representatives.
- Confidence in initiating outbound sales and follow-up calls.
- Strong detail-orientation and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools to streamline workflows.
- Experience with Jobber, Service Titan, or House Call Pro (highly preferred).
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems.
- Background in home services, construction, or contracting (a plus).
- Light graphic design skills using Canva or CapCut (a plus).
- Professional setup with a clean background, quality camera, mic, and strong internet.
Responsibilities
- Manage lead intake and schedule appointments for design consultants.
- Utilize Jobber for mapping, routing, and drive-time calculations.
- Handle inbound phone calls and route inquiries appropriately.
- Conduct outbound calling for lead follow-ups and customer engagement.
- Execute reactivation and upsell campaigns for unconverted quotes.
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the CRM.
- Monitor project status via internal tracker apps.
- Generate simple quotes for specific home service items.
- Handle low-volume escalations and communicate with leadership.
- Manage social media accounts including content editing in Canva/CapCut.
