Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling into financial services (banking, fintech, insurance, or investment firms)
- Background selling AI, automation, workflow, infrastructure, data, or enterprise platforms
- Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals
- Strong consultative and executive communication skills
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
- Existing relationships within financial services organizations
- Experience with AI copilots, RPA, or workflow transformation tools
- Technical fluency around APIs, LLMs, or enterprise systems
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close
- Build relationships with executives across finance, operations, technology, and transformation teams
- Educate prospects on Kognitos AI and natural language automation
- Identify high-value automation opportunities within financial organizations
- Navigate technical, compliance, and security conversations with stakeholders
- Partner with solutions engineering and product teams during evaluations
- Develop pipeline through strategic outbound, networking, and industry events
- Provide feedback on messaging, positioning, and product-market fit
