Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling into financial services (banking, fintech, insurance, or investment firms)
  • Background selling AI, automation, workflow, infrastructure, data, or enterprise platforms
  • Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals
  • Strong consultative and executive communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Existing relationships within financial services organizations
  • Experience with AI copilots, RPA, or workflow transformation tools
  • Technical fluency around APIs, LLMs, or enterprise systems

Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close
  • Build relationships with executives across finance, operations, technology, and transformation teams
  • Educate prospects on Kognitos AI and natural language automation
  • Identify high-value automation opportunities within financial organizations
  • Navigate technical, compliance, and security conversations with stakeholders
  • Partner with solutions engineering and product teams during evaluations
  • Develop pipeline through strategic outbound, networking, and industry events
  • Provide feedback on messaging, positioning, and product-market fit
