Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in a customer-facing role in a large enterprise environment, preferably within healthcare.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in AI, public cloud, or IT services.
- Proficiency with large language models such as Qwen, Wan, Gemini, OpenAI, Claude.
- Solid understanding of LLM technical principles.
- Hands-on experience developing AI applications using mainstream frameworks and tools.
- Understanding of cloud computing and AI infrastructure concepts.
- Experience in cloud environments, setting up cloud services, and invoking AI models.
- Experience with cloud-based DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to drive an AI-first approach to business transformation programs enabled by AI, automation, document understanding, and chatbots.
- Perform discovery and analyze requirements, processes, and impediments to automation.
- Develop and optimize AI services including CoEs, process assessments, and business case development.
- Create technology solution design at platform and architectural levels.
- Help IT organizations set up automation environments and define infrastructure requirements.
- Support proposal development and pursuits for multimillion dollar programs.
- Reimagine end-to-end business processes with an AI-first approach.
- Lead project teams, mentor, and coach consultants and analysts.
- Identify AI trends and author whitepapers and case studies.
