Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in analytics, data science, customer insights, or customer success.
- Proven experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Technical fluency in Python (Pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels).
- Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred).
- Experience using AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot).
- Hands-on familiarity with statistical modeling, classification, clustering, forecasting, and hypothesis testing.
- Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Ability to turn model outputs into simple summaries for stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of AI-native workflows.
Responsibilities
- Partner with AEs and Solutions Engineers to run discovery and map pain points to product capabilities.
- Develop business cases, ROI narratives, and dashboards for enterprise deals.
- Drive post-sales adoption and retention through value sessions and standardized playbooks.
- Deliver enablement on platform features, prompt engineering, and analytics workflows.
- Perform data modeling (regression, classification, clustering, forecasting) using Python and SQL.
- Monitor KPIs (QA, AHT, sentiment, escalation rates) and produce QBR decks.
- Build repeatable templates for impact reviews and automate recurring analysis.
