Requirements
- Based in East Coast USA
- Willing to travel quarterly
- 5+ years of experience working with software in automotive design
- Advanced knowledge of using Gravity Sketch in automotive design
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite and 3D/AI/CAD programs (e.g., Rhino, Alias, Catia, Modo, KeyShot, Blender)
- Strong understanding of automotive design workflows (concept to Class-A surfacing to visualization)
- Excellent structure and organization
- Highly self-directed and autonomous
- Experience working in a globally distributed team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Drive best practice and influence within automotive design workflows
- Develop reusable frameworks and workflow approaches for the team
- Lead complex onboarding programs, workshops, and training sessions
- Collaborate with Sales on strategic demos and account planning
- Provide product feedback based on real customer workflows
- Drive user engagement and project support across multiple audiences
- Create scalable training content for diverse business functions
- Track and communicate success metrics and ROI for engagements
