Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales enablement, product marketing, or related role
  • Experience in healthcare/medical SaaS strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and/or HCP/medical practice marketing
  • Proven track record creating sales collateral that accelerates deal velocity
  • Proven experience owning and executing a sales enablement strategy
  • Ability to build and scale sales content libraries (BoM)
  • Experience developing high-impact sales collateral and messaging
  • Experience translating competitive intelligence into battlecards and playbooks
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing and GTM stakeholders
  • Strong content operations skills, including version control and governance

Responsibilities

  • Own the Sales Enablement Content Strategy & Execution
  • Set the overall Bill of Materials (BoM) strategy and priorities
  • Create and maintain a library of sales presentations, one-pagers, and segment-specific assets
  • Translate competitive intelligence into battle cards, objection handling guides, and playbooks
  • Track content effectiveness and measure impact on win rates and sales productivity
  • Partner with Product Marketing to support product launches and market entry
  • Develop launch enablement kits and training materials
  • Establish version control processes and manage the content repository
