- Demonstrated medical writing and scientific leadership experience
- Strategic planning and communication strategy shaping experience
- Experience developing and presenting new business proposals/pitches
- Expertise in scientific quality control and review processes
- Experience overseeing account delivery, resourcing, and timelines
- Knowledge of compliance standards and industry regulations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop scientific teams to deliver high-quality scientific content
- Ensure consistent application of SOPs, QC standards, and scientific review practices
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to clients
- Oversee content development, scientific messaging, and data interpretation
- Manage team performance, resource planning, and operational delivery
- Support business growth, new business pitches, and organic account expansion
- Champion innovation in AI and omnichannel communication approaches
