- Shape client communication strategies with scientific leadership, aligning them with medical, publications, and engagement objectives.
- Lead strategic planning conversations and workshops with clients and internal stakeholders to shape account direction and growth.
- Ensure account strategies reflect client needs, industry trends, and future service opportunities.
- Lead high-value, complex, or sensitive client situations through to resolution.
- Coach and develop account leaders and junior team members.
- Lead short-, medium-, and long-term forecasting, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Contribute to annual budgeting, revenue phasing, and resource planning with Finance and the Vice President.
- Oversee resourcing, utilization, and recoverability across the portfolio.
- Support MSAs, pricing discussions, and procurement processes, including RFIs and RFPs.
- Integrate industry developments such as AI-enabled delivery, data-driven insight, and omnichannel engagement into client strategies and proposals.
