Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
  • 2-3+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • 2+ years working with Enterprise prospects
  • 3+ years sourcing and qualifying prospects through outbound methods
  • Proven track record of consistent quota achievement
  • Proficiency in Sales Forecasting
  • Experience in Salesforce hygiene
  • Experience independently crafting complex sales MAPs, proposals, and order forms
  • Demonstrated ability to build multi-threaded relationships
  • 1+ year in events or event technology (preferred)
  • Understanding of the events industry (preferred)
  • Formal training on SPICED (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with senior stakeholders at existing and prospective Enterprise clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing compelling insights to solve business problems.
  • Proactively generate pipeline through strategic prospecting outbounding, including cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative sequences.
  • Manage, communicate, and report sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Create territory and account plans to map high-propensity targets and winning strategies.
  • Drive collaboration across Sales Development, Account Management, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Qualify, demo, and negotiate using MEDDICC/SPICED methodologies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Consult on the full event tech stack within Swoogo’s partner ecosystem.
  • Travel 25-40% for prospect meetings, industry events, and tradeshows.
