Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years in system administration or integration roles
- At least 3 years working directly with finance systems
- Hands-on experience configuring finance systems
- Proven experience managing system integrations between CRM and ERP
- Experience with DataBlend or similar middleware/ETL tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce data objects
- Strong knowledge of core financial processes including billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition
- Technical competence in troubleshooting data flows, APIs, and automation
- Experience operating within structured release and change management frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Sage Intacct and other finance-related systems
- Oversee and optimise data flow between Salesforce and Sage Intacct via DataBlend
- Serve as technical lead for financial tools including AvaTax and expense platforms
- Collaborate on system workflows and automation of manual processes
- Plan and execute system changes, testing, and releases
- Provide user support and training to business teams
- Partner with Finance and IT leaders on architecture and data governance
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Recommend enhancements for system efficiency and scalability
