Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
- Proven experience delivering complex Salesforce implementations in enterprise environments.
- Experience working in multi-system enterprise architectures.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Expertise in Salesforce data modelling and platform performance optimisation.
- Experience designing integrations using APIs, middleware platforms, and ETL tools.
- Experience defining development standards and technical patterns.
- Ability to mentor other developers and guide engineering decisions.
Responsibilities
- Act as the most senior hands-on Salesforce engineer, setting development standards and guiding best practices.
- Build and lead the development of advanced solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and key enterprise systems like ERP and Marketing platforms.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, documentation, and deployment.
- Support and mentor other developers and administrators.
- Identify opportunities to improve platform performance and reduce technical debt.
