Requirements
- 8+ years of experience deploying Scientific SaaS solutions within the life science industry.
- Master's or PhD in Chemistry or Biology (small molecule research focus preferred).
- Advanced experience in customer-facing consulting for SaaS implementations.
- Advanced understanding of laboratory workflow automation (manual to semi-automated to fully automated).
- Proven experience in planning and leading data integration efforts.
- Strong ability to focus on data-first architecture and data warehouse/lake technologies (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).
- In-depth expertise in Oracle SQL.
- Advanced knowledge of API building and deployment.
- Ability to create systems diagrams, UML, and ERD.
- Experience with laboratory informatics software, file transformations, and configuration management.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery activities to identify key systems in customer environments for integration.
- Identify optimal sourcing and integration strategies with Principal Application Scientists.
- Configure, deploy, and validate application-specific workflows for laboratory automation and data capture.
- Manage the planning and supervision of data integration from multiple sources.
- Monitor data flow between databases, servers, and cloud services.
- Identify and implement optimal data integration architecture.
- Conduct technical peer reviews and structured user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide oversight and governance on project activities.
- Deliver hands-on training to customer scientists and automation teams.
