Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a data science / machine learning / AI engineering role
- Comprehensively understand generative AI components (LLMs, embeddings, logprobs, evaluation methods & metrics)
- Strong expertise in Python and relevant ML & AI frameworks and design patterns (e.g. RAG)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with complex, user-facing reporting
- Fluently English and German
Responsibilities
- Design, prototype & produce AI features & agents for real-world deployments in the ERP space
- Build rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure the quality, reliability and performance of our AI features
- Rapidly assess the feasibility and impact of AI concepts in a business operations context
- Translate user needs into data workflows, logic, and scalable solutions
- Audit, optimize, and scale customer-facing SQL reports across the ERP platform
