Requirements
- 2+ years of international payroll and/or benefits administration experience
- Hands-on experience in at least two of: Spain, UK, Ireland, or Australia
- Working knowledge of statutory payroll and benefits requirements across EMEA/APAC
- Experience with payroll platforms such as CloudPay or similar
- Experience managing payroll audits, reconciliations, and compliance reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Spanish language skills strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience supporting benefits program renewals and vendor management
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end payroll processing for Spain, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia
- Conduct payroll audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Manage statutory payroll filings including HMRC, Seguridad Social, PRSA, and Superannuation
- Administer employee benefits programs including health, pension, and life insurance
- Resolve payroll and benefits inquiries for employees and external partners
- Partner with Finance on payroll reconciliation, journal entries, and month-end close
- Utilize AI and automation tools to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Support payroll system integrations and enhancements
