Requirements

  • 2+ years of international payroll and/or benefits administration experience
  • Hands-on experience in at least two of: Spain, UK, Ireland, or Australia
  • Working knowledge of statutory payroll and benefits requirements across EMEA/APAC
  • Experience with payroll platforms such as CloudPay or similar
  • Experience managing payroll audits, reconciliations, and compliance reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Spanish language skills strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience supporting benefits program renewals and vendor management

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end payroll processing for Spain, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia
  • Conduct payroll audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and compliance
  • Manage statutory payroll filings including HMRC, Seguridad Social, PRSA, and Superannuation
  • Administer employee benefits programs including health, pension, and life insurance
  • Resolve payroll and benefits inquiries for employees and external partners
  • Partner with Finance on payroll reconciliation, journal entries, and month-end close
  • Utilize AI and automation tools to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Support payroll system integrations and enhancements
